Day-one B2B outreach
Insurance agents, bookkeepers, web designers, payroll and banking teams: schedule a daily pull for your states and reach brand-new businesses the week they file, before they've picked vendors.
Lead generation
The New Business Filings actor is an API that pulls newly registered LLCs and corporations straight from official state open-data portals — Colorado, New York, Connecticut, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Delaware — and returns one clean, normalized record per filing, with formation-mill filings flagged.
Capabilities
The same public-record data list brokers resell — at the source, on your schedule. Every new entity needs banking, insurance, bookkeeping, a website, payroll and phones, and on day one it has none of them.
Filings made through Registered Agents Inc, Northwest, CSC, LegalZoom, ZenBusiness and the like list the agent's office as the address. Those are auto-flagged agent_is_commercial and their addresses blanked, so your outreach lists aren't polluted with 5,000 “businesses” at 30 N Gould St.
Entity name, state, filing date, entity type, status, registered agent, address, and a link to the official source record — identical fields for every covered state.
Entity, filing, status and registered-agent information. No officer home addresses, no personal data.

Brokers charge $0.20–$0.75 per lead for this same public data, aged by weeks. At $0.004 per record you get it at primary-source freshness, filtered your way.

Questions
Colorado, New York, Connecticut, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Delaware — each from its official state open-data feed. Coverage details differ by state (e.g. NY doesn't publish agent names; Oregon rolls monthly) and are documented honestly per state.
As fresh as the state publishes: Colorado and Connecticut update daily; New York publishes a daily filings feed; Oregon rolls monthly. Run daily with daysBack: 1–7 for a continuous feed.
Commercial registered agents (LegalZoom, ZenBusiness, Northwest, CSC, …) file thousands of entities at their own office address. Those records are flagged agent_is_commercial: true and the useless office address is blanked by default.
No — business-context records only: entity, filing, status and registered-agent business information. No officer home addresses, no consumer data.
